Ask and Listen
In 2022, we started a process to reimagine our future. With the goal of defining a new vision, a new strategy and clearly articulated priorities, we sought out to create a plan to ensure a stronger school and a powerful educational experience for our students. We wanted a plan that is relevant for a world where change is the only constant.
The process was led by our Board of Governors, its Strategic Planning Committee and the Leadership Team. Consultants Berlineaton and Sharon Gregg assisted us with facilitation, data, analysis and strategy.
Through surveys and focus groups, we relied on the minds and experiences of alum, students, parents, guardians, faculty and staff. We also reached out to draw upon the experience of a broad range of educators, thought leaders and professionals. It is the input from this comprehensive group of voices that makes us so confident in The Spark Plan.
